  BellaTori™ train is filled with state of the art EV (Electric Vehicle) technologies and is a piece of art that kids and parents can all marvel at! Our premium selection of material to build the train: Extira® which is a green product made with sustainable material. No added ureaformaldehyde. Not subject to CARB ATCM. Extira® panels are specifically designed and manufactured for exterior use. It is moisture and rot resistant.

  Utilizing 48v platform with 10 HP sealed motor (separately excited). Customers have the option to select between AC or DC for engine with seald drive axle, heavy duty direct drive helical gears. We use deep cycle industrial batteries at 250 amps each (ensures long running time at 12-15 hours) - Type E OSHA requirements 1910.78, ANSI B56.8. All are CE (Certified Europe) approved.

  BellaTori™ is handmade, hand-crafted artisan work requiring 200 man hours. The wagons alone take 60 hours to cut, sand, paint, polish and mold to shape. 80 hours of fine craftsmanship are needed for the trim, seats, interiors and assembly. The making of hte carts involves 10 master woodworkers. THe locomotive involves anothe 60-80 hours of detail oriented work that brings out the life and vintage look of the train. It is carefully welded, masterfully crafted into the replica of American 4-4-0 train.

  We don'te see you our train, we build your train; we build your branding. Graphics consultation and branding implementations for each of your trains is part of the whole customization process and most importantly, it is included in the price.
• More durable...
  Our locomotive is 90% steel and 10% wood. We use 3/4" wood with modular design utilizing gyro lock technologies. For our carts, we use 3/4" axel with sealed bearings.
  
  The roofs on all wagons and locomotives are heat treated with an impcat resistant polyurethane coating for unmatched durability. As for our trims and interiors of our train, we use real baltic birch and genuine maple trim.

  Our low profile design on our locomotive as well as wide open cab design provides maximum visibility as well as safety operating either indoors or outdoors. Customers have the option to add the newly developed state of the art Ultrasonic Sonar with auto brake technologies to the front of the train as an add-on safety precaution.

  There is a history and a story behind our train. The American 4-4-0. We installed real antique steam whistle on each train (mostly Lukenhiemer) and real steam antique gauges. You are not just buying a train, you are buying a pice of history.
  
  For sound effects, at touch on demand, authentic digitally re-mastered recordings of steam engine, braking system and steam whistle are bundled into the sound system. These effects will transport the patrons to the once opulent era of steam train engines.
